FFA Spotlight: Senior- Naomi Chavez
What made you join FFA? – I found it interesting and fun.
What is your biggest accomplishment within the chapter? – Being an officer for three years, and winning numerous awards.
How many years have you been involved in the chapter? – 3 years
What has been your favorite memory in FFA? – Going to state in entomology and winning grand champion breeding rabbit and grand champion showmanship at the Hill County Fair show. These were also my first two buckles I ever won!
If you could give the new members a piece of advice, what would it be? – Try everything. I started to be shy and could barely do public speaking. Now I have many banners and plaques. Also always say yes to Ms. Chapman.
What are your future plans after high school? – Study early childhood education and become a prek/kindergarten teacher. Also own my own rabbit barn. I love rabbits.
