Aleigha Jordyn Rodriguez (17) was born March 5th, 2007 in Hillsboro TX. Her parents are Markeisha Marshall and Adam Rodriguez. Her siblings are Jasmyn Rodriguez (20), Brooklyn Rodriguez (15), Jayln Marshell (14), and Avery O’Hearn (7). Aleigha has attended Itasca since pre-K, the extracurriculars she is involved in are band and basketball. She describes herself as “quiet, smart, athletic”. Something fun about her is that she likes to play basketball.

The advice she has for her underclassmen is, “Just stay on top of your grades and don’t procrastinate.” Her favorite teachers are Mrs. Abrego, and Mrs. Scott. Aleigha’s role model is her mom, and the person who has made a difference in her life is Coach Wells. She wants to thank her siblings for getting her this far in life. Aleigha’s plans after graduation is continuing Cosmetology at Hill College. In 10 years she sees herself living on her own, and working at her own hair salon.
