Ivan Wyatt Marion was born on June 2, 2009 in North Carolina. He is a freshman that plays the bass drum in the Itasca High School Band. He is playing the bass drum during marching season, but is switching to french horn during concert season. After being asked what instrument he would like to play if he could choose, he chose the french horn, because he likes playing it. His favorite part about marching is moving around, while his least favorite part is playing and memorizing the music. He’s been in band since the 8th grade.
