“Dear Itasca ISD Families and Staff, Due to worsening weather conditions expected later today and staff shortages caused by closures in surrounding areas, we have made the difficult decision to close Itasca ISD for Thursday, January 9, 2025. The safety of our students, staff, and families is always our top priority. We understand this decision may cause disruptions, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure everyone’s well-being. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary through email, our district website, and social media. Thank you for your flexibility and support as we navigate these challenges. ”
