Get to Know our Staff Writer/Photographer, Salomé Chavez! She is currently in the 10th grade and is part of the Paw Print Press! Her favorite part about Paw Print is getting to design the story covers and also being able to write the stories. A favorite memory is the Halloween party or the Valentine’s Day photoshoot.
Some of her hobbies include drawing, shopping, and taking care of her rabbit Poppy. A fun fact about her is that she has really bad eyesight, but doesn’t wear her glasses.
Her role model is Kamala Harris because she believes she is a very strong and independent woman who has good moral values.
When asked what advice she has for students who are considering joining Paw Print Press, she responded, “Don’t be nervous to try new things!”
