Payslie Jade McDowell, born May 26th, 2006, would best describe herself as supportive, loving, and addicted to sports. Her parents are Jasen and Lorrie Mcdowell, and she has 3 siblings: Monishia (30), Bobby (28), and Zachary (26).
Payslie has attended Itasca ISD sincere Pre-K. She currently participates in volleyball, band, softball, track and field, FCCLA, and interact club. After graduation, she plans to attend Navarro College to obtain a degree in animal science. Her favorite teachers are Mrs. Mears, Mrs. Innis, and Coach Mears. Her role model is her mother, and she would like to thank her friends and family for getting her this far in life.
In ten years, Payslie sees herself pursuing her career as a veterinarian. Her advice to the underclassmen is to “never give up on your dream; you don’t become achievable overnight.”
