The Paw Print Press would like to announce that Coach Chaffin is Wampus Cat of the Week!! She has been noticed for awesome attitude, and how hard she works for us.

Coach Chaffin is an assistant athletic director and English III teacher here at Itasca ISD. She loves coaching basketball and can’t wait for the season! If three words had to be chosen to describe herself, she would pick the words “a leader, assertive, and hard-working”.

Coach Chaffin- “ Nothing changes if nothing changes. “

Her advice to everyone is “Anything worth doing, is worth doing well.” Coach Chaffin lives by the MOTO “Everyday is a good day.”

Coach Chaffin is most proud of being a Wampus Cat, and having the ability to multi-task. When she’s not busy coaching or teaching, she likes to build things and hike in her free-time.
