Ruth Morales is a part of our Itasca Marching Band! Ruth was born in Dallas, TX on June 16, 2009. Throughout marching season she plays percussion in the front ensemble, then in concert band she moves to the normal percussion set up. If Ruth could have chosen her instrument she wouldn’t have picked percussion because it’s a lot to remember. She has been apart of the Itasca Band Program since 6th grade. Her favorite part about marching is being in the front ensemble so she doesn’t have to memorize the marching. While on the other hand her least favorite part is having to memorize several sheets of music.
