Itasca High School’s senior class proved that a little rain couldn’t dampen their spirit. Originally planned for Wednesday morning, the traditional Senior Sunrise was rescheduled to Thursday, August 14, 2025 due to weather conditions.
Dozens of seniors gathered on the school’s front lawn to watch the sun rise together, marking the beginning of their final year. Students shared laughs and snapped fun group photos to capture the moment. A light breakfast, including pastries, fruit, and juice, was served as classmates enjoyed the early morning event.
Despite the delay, the tradition was a success. The Senior Sunrise is one of several events planned to celebrate the Class of 2026.
