MS Itasca vs MS Cayuga
Itasca Middle School faced off against Cayuga on September 11th. The game began with a scrimmage during the first half, where both teams played hard and had fun getting valuable game-time experience.After the scrimmage, the teams played two live quarters. Cayuga scored during the first quarter, but the Wampus Cat defense came up big with four strong stops to keep the game within reach. In the second quarter, Itasca answered back with a touchdown and a successful 2-point conversion with just two minutes remaining on the clock. The defense then held strong and stopped Cayuga’s final drive, securing the victory. Final Score: Itasca 8 – Cayuga 6
