Thanksgiving Dinner boxes will be given out again this year. We will encourage people to stay in their cars and let us bring the boxes to them, as we have done the past couple of years.
Distribution will be on November 19. A list of items for each box was handed out to each church present. Matt Dugan will check to see if we can buy turkeys in bulk again this year. We will also provide prayer if anyone needs it. This will be at the parking lot across from Third Day church and be from 9-11. A Community Thanksgiving Service will be held on November 20 at Third Day.

Under Church Reports:
Methodist Church will hold their annual Lord’s Acre on October 28. There will be a spaghetti dinner, auction, and raffle. Pastor Roberts announced that she will be leaving the Itasca church
on Nov. 1.

Diane shared that she is still teaching Bible study on Wednesdays and that she will be preaching
at the Presbyterian Church in Hillsboro the first 3 weeks of October.
