Senior Spotlight: Brennan Kayd Lightsey
Brennan “Kayd” Lightsey, age 17, describes himself as “athletic, leader, hardworking”. Kayd was born on July 5, 2005 in Fort Worth, Texas to the parents of Karla and Kevin Lightsey. He has an older sister named Kaleigh aged 26. He has attended school in Itasca since he was in Pre-K. The things he really likes in school are UIL NHS, and his favorite teachers are Mrs. Holli and Mrs. Confer. He wants to go to college in Tarrant County. He is very thankful for his sister and his parents for being so supportive and helping him get this far in life. Kayd has big dreams and plans on becoming a pilot. He sees himself in ten years being “in the sky”.
