City and School Ballots Set for November Election
Itasca Independent School District (ISD) will have three board positions available in November. The seats currently held by Kendra Markwardt, Willie Jackson, and Chris Slagle will be on the ballot.
To file for a position, visit the Itasca ISD Administration office at 123 North College Street in Itasca from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information contact Norma Merkel at [email protected]
The City of Itasca will have the mayor’s position and three council seats on the ballot in November. The positions are currently held by Mayor James Bouldin and council members Johnathan Ponce, Susie Davis, and Robin Plumlee.
Interested candidates can file at Itasca City Hall, 134 North Hill Street, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
