Notice of Public Hearing on Voluntary Annexation

City of Itasca, Texas

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of City of Itasca, Texas will hold a public hearing on
Monday, September 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will take place during the regularly
scheduled City Council Meeting in the City Council Chambers at 126 N. Hill Street, Itasca,
Texas where all interested persons will have the right to appear and be heard on the proposed
annexation of the following described property:

Being a 0.92 acre tract or parcel of land out of the Henry Sikes Survey, Abstract Number
817, situated in Hill County, Texas and being a portion of a called 49.542 acre tract of
land conveyed to Joyce Ann Norton by deed of record in Volume 1876, Page 109 of the
Deed Records of Hill County, Texas, and more completely described by metes and
bounds and a final plat which can be viewed at the Itasca City Hall.
