Itasca Elementary had a BLAST at this year’s field day! Grades Pre-K through 5th enjoyed the nice weather with intense tug-of-war battles, suspenseful water balloon tosses, refreshing popsicles, track star level races, ruthless dunkings, and so much more!
To beat the afternoon heat, field day continued inside the PE room and old gym (along with the bounce houses remaining outside), but were just as fun as the morning outing! The kids enjoyed various rounds of kickball, basketball, volleyball, and blowing bubbles & drawing chalk art outside.
We are so thankful for everyone at the elementary who made this fun day for the students possible. Along with that, also a huge shoutout and recognition for all the NHS + NJHS members who volunteered for our elementary kids who helped make it a memorable day for all of them!
