This week’s Wamus Cat of the week is Leah Moreno! She is currently a Senior at Itasca High School. She is described as “reserved, independent, and kind” towards all of her friends and peers. She is currently involved in Cheer, Yearbook, and National Honor Society. Her advice for anyone looking to become more involved is to “try to participate in things you like and try to find things that you would enjoy doing”. Some of her future goals consist of graduating early and getting into real estate. Something that she would like to do better as a student is to keep her grade average at all A’s. One thing she will do differently next week is turn in all of her assignments earlier, so she doesn’t have to rush at the last minute, and she would also love to get ahead on her work. Good job, Leah. Keep up the good work.
