Meet the teacher, Miss Samantha Williams, who is known as Miss Williams. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Elementary Education in May 2025. She teaches 4th-grade reading and has 1 kid. Miss Williams described herself in three words as shy, nerdy, and silly. Her hometown is Meridian, TX. Something unique about Miss Williams is that she owns over 200 books in her personal library. Some of Miss Williams’ activities that she did throughout high school/college were golf and powerlifting. Miss Williams wants to share her love for reading with students. Some of Miss Williams’ hobbies are puzzling and reading.  If Miss Williams weren’t teaching, she would be an office manager, which was something she was doing before she started teaching. It’s also Miss Williams’ first year of teaching. Before she came to Itasca, she was a paraprofessional at Clifton Elementary for three years. Miss Williams’s role model would be her dad.  She chose Itasca because she loves a small community that supports each other. Her favorite drink she enjoys is Wise Coffee, and her favorite book is any fantasy book.
