Let’s get started with “Hot Take of the Week!” The person I have interviewed today has decided to stay anonymous.
I think people should keep a clear mind about what they want for themselves, whether it’s for the future or now. It helps especially during hard times. Moments when school can get overwhelming for a few, feeling like a big lump of clutter when you’re struggling to turn in assignments or trying to comprehend what you’re being taught. Advice I give myself is that I shouldn’t let it get to me and bring myself down from that negative viewpoint. Now, if I’m late on an assignment due to being busy, it won’t hurt me if I take the initiative to get it done. I’ll make a list of what has my main priority, and wait until I have the proper time to get it done instead of rushing to finish assignments and not paying attention in my other classes. Then I would see the list slowly die off. I hadn’t realized until my junior year that all worries that tend to build up often shrink real quick when you have a clear mind. Kinda like not having a care in the world when you’re listening to music. It’s something I hadn’t typically realized until I finished everything I was worried about. It really is something that helped me adjust to stress, and that’s my hot take.Â
