Dakota Jean Manaseri was born on July 5th, 2006 in Lancaster, CA to Richard and Ashely Manaseri. Dakota has four siblings: Weston (21), Cheyenne (12), Kimber (11), and Rustin (3). Dakota has attended Itasca for four years, and plans on attending either SFA or Tarleton for vet school after graduation. Dakota participates in FFA, NHS, Student Council and is the Co-Editor of the Yearbook. Dakota’s advice to underclassmen is “Don’t be afraid to go after what you want.” Her favorite teachers are Ms. Chapman, Mr. Bronar and Mrs. Mears. Someone who has made a difference in Dakota’s life is Ms. Chapman for always pushing her to be the best version of herself. Dakota’s role model would also have to be Ms. Chapman for all that she does to help her. In 10 years, Dakota sees herself being a Vet and working with livestock.
