Hello Itasca, today our Paw Print Press would like you to meet the Wampus Cat of the Week, Isaie Arriaga!! He has been recognized for his social personality, eagerness to help others, bright attitude, and his hard work in both cross country and helping on the football field.

Although his name is Isaie, we all know him as Charlie, and he is currently a Junior at Itasca HS. The things that keep Charlie motivated to continue doing good around himself are his parents. Coming from a background where they didn’t have the same opportunities as himself, they continue to tell him to keep going and continue to put in the work.

A majority of us look up to someone in our lives, and that someone to Charlie is his mom. He says his mom continues to inspire him with her job and what she does in life. ” I want to be what she is.” – Charlie. We would like to thank you, Charlie, for helping around and bringing lively energy to those around you!
