Boys Regional Powerlifting @ West
The boys competed in West, Texas, on March 14, 2026, for the regional meet. The lifters competed hard until the very end! Unfortunately, two of the three bombed out, meaning they were disqualified after failing all three attempts in a lift. However, Chevee Copeland persevered and earned 2nd place in his weight class. With the finish, he advances to the state meet in Abilene! Head powerlifting coach, Robert Arrington, had this to say: “They did a great job, and I am super proud of our boys this year. Amazing growth and grit. The Wampus Cats are going to State!” Let’s give them a big round applause for this season and wish them luck next year!
