On Tuesday, May 12th, all Itasca High School athletes gathered in the Special Events Center to support senior- Anya Mays for her signing day.
Anya Mays committed to Henderson State University in Arkansas, where she will run track and study nursing.
Anya has had a great athletic career at Itasca High School advancing to regionals in the 100M, 200M dash, and 4X200M relays every year, and even last year she had the opportunity to run at State as an alternate, where she placed 9th overall in the state in the 100M dash!
We cannot wait to see all that Anya will achieve in the future, and we wish her all the best of luck!
