Ms. Dana is the Business Manager at Golden Chick and has lived in Itasca for nearly 30 years. She is the mother of three children and is currently unmarried. She has served as the manager of Golden Chick for the past five years.

One of the main issues she hopes to address is encouraging customers to return more frequently. A key goal for her is increasing the restaurant’s revenue, though she identifies managing employees as her biggest challenge. Her long-term vision is to continue strengthening and expanding the business.
Ms. Dana defines success as “having a great relationship with your community,” noting that true success is about people rather than money. Her strategy for growing the business centers on becoming more involved in the community.
When conflict arises, she prefers to resolve it quickly and “nip it in the bud.” Her favorite part of being a business manager is connecting with others—she loves building relationships and considers herself a people person.
Thank you, Ms. Dana! Be sure to stop by and show your support for Golden Chick!
