In today’s “Get To Know”, we will be introducing a new staff member, Yannisa Diaz!
She is currently in the 11th grade and joined the Paw Print Press to improve her writing/photography skills and to be part of all the fun things we do! Something she’s learned while being part of the PPP is being able to express herself, finding creativity in writing and photography, and becoming more social. Her favorite memory is the Christmas party when everyone came together and gave each other gifts!
Her advice for anyone considering joining the Paw Print Press is to do their work on time, making sure to improve any skills, and to keep the drama away. When she is not busy in Mrs. Mears’ room, she is either doing Teacher’s Ed, where she gets to go to another campus and work with the kids, or she is in a kitchen baking away!
Yannisa’s commitment to Paw Print Press & Yearbook is admirable, and we’ve enjoyed getting to see her grow this school year as one of our staff members.
