Anna Marie Baxter is a Freshman who is part of our Itasca High School Band. Her current instrument of choice is the flute. When asked if she would ever like to try playing another instrument, she declined, stating, “I only like the flute”. Anna then said that the best thing about marching is being able to do it with her friend, and the worst thing about marching is being out in the heat. Her sole focus is currently playing the flute; she isn’t involved in any other activities or extracurriculars. This year marks her first year in the marching band. Her favorite band story is from a few weeks ago, when she and Riley were in band hall and Riley fell out of her seat.
